Rocket League - The Difference Between a Good and Great Goalie

A good Goalie is someone that is able to stop the shots coming at them. A great Goalie is someone that stops the shot before the enemies has a chance to shoot. In other words, the great Goalie is able to identify, and prevent, the shooting opportunities just as much as the shot themselves. This means that the Goalie does more than just stay in the net the entire game - he can go as far as the center area in order to provide good ball clearance.

If you are one of these Goalies that just stay in the net just know that it's easier for you to prevent the shot than to try to stop them. Get out of that net more and don't be afraid to stop those opportunities as they present themselves.
