A Week with the Xbox Series X

I was fortunate enough to get my hands on the Xbox Series X and was immediately blown away by the improvements over the Xbox One X but the feeling was very short lived.

The Xbox Series X feels more like an upgrade to the Xbox One X than a new generation of console. This feeling largely comes from the fact that the user interface has remained the same as well as my game library and accessories (you can use Xbox one controllers/accessories to play on the Xbox Series X). 

These are, by no means, negatives as I love that fact that everything is compatible with my new console. I wasn't necessarily expecting more but I was expecting different and the feeling I got was "this is the same but better".

I've got no issues, so far, with the new console and I love that I can play my older favorites at 60FPS. I know this is a definite improvement over the previous generation I just don't know by how much it is since I have yet to play a game that takes full advantage of the Series X's power.
